Brow ptosis, one of the most common stigmata of facial aging, produces a saddened, angry, or tired appearance. Although many techniques have been devised to correct this condition, most of them give rise to scars or complications. We present a simple, safe, and effective transcutaneous option that uses nonabsorbable thread attached to a straight needle that is sutured through the subcutaneous tissue.
